Sales Operations Manager

The Imagine team is a growing company, and we are inviting a motivated Sales Operations Manager to join our talented team! This candidate will leverage data and analysis to proactively deliver business insights around sales strategy, territory and budget planning, forecasting and pipeline generation. The ideal candidate will have a combination of analytical insight, strong business acumen, and an ability to partner with sales leaders and cross functional leadership roles that support sales.

Essential Duties

  • Act as trusted advisor to the CRO, leveraging data and analysis to proactively deliver business insights, develop GTM strategies, and scale the business
  • Identify key opportunities for business improvement through a combination of analytics, qualitative insights and real-world business experience.
  • Deliver actionable results / recommendations for the business that accelerate growth in a measurable way
  • Ensure current sales processes are accurately captured in CRM and revenue related systems
  • Ensure accuracy and clean data in all revenue systems
  • Works across the organization to integrate sales systems with other internal systems including Netsuite, Salesloft, Pardot, and Business Intelligence
  • Partner with finance team to ensure accurate forecasting, annual budgeting, commission tracking & calculations
  • Partner with marketing to capture and analyze data around pipeline, lead generation and conversion
  • Assist revenue leadership team in coordinating and implementing sales summits
  • Work with management to develop, implement and maintain various reports
  • Document and communicate sales processes
  • Drive the adoption of the sales process in CRM and ensure accuracy of data inputs
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience Needed

  • BS/BA in Business Administration or related field/ 5+ years’ experience in sales operations. Prior experience in sales role preferred.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Excellent Salesforce.com skills with the ability to perform administrative level customizations
  • Experience with Pardot and Salesloft strongly preferred
  • Strong financial and business acumen and analysis capabilities related to sales metrics, budgeting, commissions, etc.
  • Excellent organization and planning skills
  • Works with minimal direction, proactively promotes an open flow of information
  • Ability to think strategically
  • High energy, team-oriented self-starter with high sense of urgency
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with and influence internal departments
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding commission related data

  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment. After hours work may be required in order to meet project milestones.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
